The Sirvanos app is provided by M. M. Export Import Intl. Corp., doing business as NexPhaz, to restaurants that hold a Sirvanos account, and to the staff those restaurants authorize.

Use of the app

Use the app only for your restaurant’s operations and only with the account your restaurant gave you. Keep your password private. Your restaurant is responsible for the accuracy of the reservations and guest information it enters, and for using guest contact details in line with the law.

Accounts and billing

Restaurant subscriptions are arranged directly with NexPhaz, outside the app. The app itself contains no purchases.

Availability

We work to keep Sirvanos available and the app keeps working offline for the current service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Changes made offline are sent when the connection returns.

Ending use

A restaurant can stop using Sirvanos at any time. Staff can delete their own account in the app under Account → Delete my account, or without the app at sirvanos.com/delete-account.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the app is provided “as is”, and our liability is limited to the amounts the restaurant paid for the service in the three months before a claim.
