Sirvanos is a reservation and table-management service for restaurants, provided by M. M. Export Import Intl. Corp., doing business as NexPhaz (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what the Sirvanos app and service collect and why.
Who uses the app
The Sirvanos app is used by restaurant staff — hosts, managers and owners — whose restaurant has a Sirvanos account. Accounts are created by the restaurant; there is no public sign-up in the app.
What we collect
Staff accounts: name, username, email address (if provided), role, and a securely hashed password. Restaurant guest records: the details staff enter or that guests submit when booking — name, phone number, email address, party size, reservation times, visit history, tags and notes (for example seating preferences or allergies). Device data: on iPhone and iPad, a notification token so the app can alert you about bookings, and basic diagnostics when the app encounters an error. The Android app creates its alerts on the device itself and sends no notification token, advertising identifier, crash reports or usage analytics.
How we use it
Only to provide the service: showing and managing the restaurant’s reservations, floor plan and waitlist; sending the booking confirmations and reminders the restaurant has turned on; alerting staff to new bookings; and keeping the service secure and reliable. We do not sell personal data, show advertising, or track you across other companies’ apps or websites.
Sharing
Guest records belong to the restaurant that collected them and are visible only to that restaurant’s staff. We use service providers that act on our instructions to host the service and to deliver email and text messages; when a reservation is created or changed, the guest’s name, phone number and email are shared with the messaging provider so confirmations and reminders can be sent. They may use the data only to provide those services to us. We may disclose information if required by law.
Automated processing
When a guest asks for a table through a restaurant’s website chat, the conversation (which can include the guest’s name and phone number) is analysed by an AI text-processing service provider to turn the request into a reservation. Staff actions in the app never send data to an AI service.
On your device
The app keeps a copy of the current service’s bookings on the device so it keeps working if the internet drops. If you turn on biometric sign-in (Face ID on iPhone and iPad, fingerprint or face unlock on Android), your password is stored in the device’s secure storage (the iOS Keychain, or encrypted with a key held in the Android Keystore), protected by your biometrics, and never leaves the device.
Retention and deletion
Staff can permanently delete their own account in the app (Account → Delete my account), or without the app by following the steps at sirvanos.com/delete-account. Restaurant records are kept for as long as the restaurant uses Sirvanos; a restaurant can ask us to export or delete its data at any time. Guests who want their details removed can ask the restaurant, or contact us.
Security
All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Access to a restaurant’s data is limited to its own staff, by role.
Children
Sirvanos is a business tool for restaurant staff and is not directed to children under 16.
